Richard LeBaron is a specialized engineering consultant focused on the intersection of electromagnetics and human health. As the principal of Mehor Solutions, he bridges the gap between complex RF physics and life-saving medical applications.

Unlike generalist firms, Richard remains the primary technical lead on every project—personally building high-fidelity HFSS models, optimizing mesh parameters, and executing Mesh Fusion to ensure clinical-grade precision.

With 20+ years of industry experience and 10+ US Patents in electromagnetic systems, Richard has developed foundational technology for MedTech leaders. He specializes in bridging the gap between innovative antenna design and regulatory-grade verification.
